Metadata Catalog & Data Profiles

The Metadata Catalog & Data Profiles serve as a centralized document providing information about a data source. The profiles provide a description of the data source, how the data is collected, what questions the data can answer, limitations of the data, if the data source collects data related to the Social Determinants of Health, and more. The profiles allow ADHS to be more transparent about available data.

The Data Source Profiling Guideline provides the purpose and scope of the profiles, details profile management, and describes why profiling is important. PDF’s of individual profiles can be accessed in the searchable table to the right. The table will continue to be updated as new profiles are completed. If there is a data source that you would like to profile, please reach out to EDMO ([email protected]).
