The Community Profiles Viewer is a public use interface developed by the Arizona Department of Health Services. This tool enables users to visualize and explore community-level indicators, including population demographics, social determinants of health, health outcomes, access to primary care services, and environmental health factors.
Who Is This For?
This application is optimized for:
